We reside in Brentwood, TN and were searching
for a summer home on Old Hickory Lake. We began working with a realtor
from Franklin, TN. Unfortunately, this agent was unfamiliar with lakefront
properties. We met Becca when we called to inquire about a lakefront
listing on the Internet, Becca's company listed the property. We were
very impressed with her knowledge about Old Hickory Lake and the surrounding
area. We immediately decided to work with her. Becca showed us numerous homes without
pressuring us to make a decision. We were thankful for this because we
are not the type of people who make an impulse decision. Becca lives
on Old Hickory Lake and has tremendous knowledge buying and selling lakefront
properties. Becca had the knowledge and integrity that we needed. The
home we eventually purchased required extensive renovation and Becca
protected us during the transaction. She also provided a comprehensive
list of qualified sub-contractors to complete the necessary renovation
of the house. Becca always had our best interests at heart. To us, Becca
exemplifies integrity, a trait which is extremely important to us when
buying a long term investment. We strongly recommend Becca and are available
for questions.

Becca has been my neighbor for eight
years. Our house was next door to hers in the Cherokee Woods subdivision.
Over the years, Becca would show us lake properties from time to time,
because we were always thinking about upgrading to a newer home. Eventually,
we purchased a new lake home just four doors down from our old one,
and then asked Becca to sell our home. Even though we’ve been friends
for years, that friendship never got in the way of professional service.
Becca jumped on the project, advertising the home all over the place,
holding open houses and even helping me stage my home so it would show
better. The home sold very quickly. Becca was wonderful.

I live in the Memphis area. My mom
had passed away and we had to sell her home in Hermitage. When I asked
a real estate in Memphis for a referral to an agent in the Nashville
area, she told me that an agent she had met at a conference would be
able to help me. That agent turned out to be Becca. Based on all the
good advice she gave us about getting the home ready for sale and dealing
with Mom’s possessions, it was clear that she has plenty of experience
in estate sale situations. The home also needed repairs and Becca had
her husband do some of the work to save us money. She was able to tell
us where to go and what to do. It was very helpful. Plus, the communication
was great. She was constantly in touch with us by phone and email. Becca
is very dedicated to what she does. Without a doubt, I’d recommend
Becca to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home in the Nashville area!

Becca helped us relocate from
Hendersonville to the Chicago area after I was transferred for work.
Selling our house was a challenge because my wife and I have four children
under the age of seven. Working on an almost zero budget, Becca
and an interior designer friend came in and transformed the place.
They moved furniture and added accessories of their own to make the
house look better. When they were done, the first floor looked
like a model home. That’s what sold the house
This wasn’t the first time
Becca helped us. We met her several years ago when my job brought
my family to the Nashville area. We didn’t know much about the
area and everyone we talked to said Brentwood was the place to be.
After looking at properties in Brentwood and Murfreesboro, we realized
that a home north of town would make more sense for my commute.
Our Murfreesboro-based agent helped us buy a house in Goodlettsville,
but after the deal was done, we discovered that the house was in the
wrong school district. We weren’t too happy about that!
A friend referred us to the Coldwell Banker office in Hendersonville.
That’s how we met Becca. She helped us sell the house in Goodlettsville
and buy a home in Hendersonville. We were very impressed with
how much she knew about the area and she helped us find a house that
met all of our needs. She always made us feel like we were her most
important client. She’s easy to work with and returns calls
right away. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had been renting for years and was
ready to buy my first home. I met Becca through a friend whose
mom is in the mortgage business. Becca was very passionate about helping
me find the right house. She looked under carpets and spotted
potential problems that I would have missed. I really felt like
she was watching out for me. After about five months of looking,
I found an older home in East Nashville that was the right price and
close to work. Becca guided me through the process of making the
offer and closing the deal. She thought of everything and made sure
that I was protected at every step of the process. Working with
Becca was an amazing experience. You won’t find an agent who works
harder for you. I have referred several of my friends to her and
I carry a supply of her cards and hand them out!

Becca
helped us buy a condo in Gallatin. She worked mostly with my wife,
Flora. We both liked working with Becca. She was very
considerate and professional. If we sell or buy again, we will
definitely call Becca.

When
my mom passed away, I needed to sell her house in the Nashville area.
I live five hours away, which presented some challenges. After
interviewing several realtors, I met Becca. She came in with her
beautiful smile and was far more pleasant than any one else I interviewed.
I chose her because she was very open about what she would do for me.
Plus, I liked her positive and upbeat attitude.
Becca met with me the day after the
court appointed me as executor to my mom’s estate. She was so
helpful, going way above and beyond what I ever expected a realtor to
do. For instance, when a bad storm ripped the gutter off mom’s
house, Becca and her husband brought over a ladder so we could fix it.
When the tubing from the waterline to the icemaker broke, Becca’s
father fixed it. Everything she suggested we do made a difference.
She gave us names of people who could do all the work we needed.
We used the handyman, painter, structural engineer, plumber and flooring
company she recommended. She never steered us wrong.
When the house was nearly ready to
show, Becca started marketing it and kept the MLS listing up to date
as we finished the last of the repairs. She had open houses and
invited other realtors to see the property. When realtors or prospective
buyers voiced comments or concerns, Becca shared them with us right
away and helped us decide what to do.
We had a great experience with Becca.
My hope is that when it’s time to sell my own home that I can find
a realtor just like Becca.

I first met Becca when I designed
a kitchen for her back when she was working for the phone company.
Several kitchen designs later, after Becca began working in real estate,
it was time for me to move so I called her. “It won’t hurt
my feelings if you decide not to work with me because I’ll be difficult
to please,” I said. Despite the challenge, Becca took me on.
We spent 1 ½ years looking for a house I liked. Talk about stamina!
Becca just doesn’t quit. Not only did she look at house after
house after house, she helped me get financing (a small miracle in itself),
she took me to closing and got answers to questions I didn’t even
know to ask. She did way more than the usual real estate agent.
And I wasn’t buying a mansion. She’s with you at the beginning,
middle, and end. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and
they love working with her, too.
